sound insulation limited storage

The absence of proper sound insulation was a MAJOR issue. Loud music persisted late into the night. I found it HARD to relax before the noise finally ceased. The limited storage options also proved INCONVENIENT, there was insufficient space for personal belongings.

Acceptable Stay with Street Noise

excellent location food vendors massage spas street noise insufficient lighting late music

The location was excellent as many food vendors were just outside. Street foods were available until midnight. I saw many massage spas very close to the hotel. The pool was great after a long day.

The street was very loud at night and sleep was difficult. Music continued until late and this was disruptive. I found that there was insufficient lighting in the room, especially near the sink. This made makeup application difficult.

mediocre stay due to noise and additional costs

excessive charge dirty pool

the location proved convenient for exploring the area. it was close to main attractions.

i found the extra bed charge unreasonable. the hotel initially wanted to charge 1250 baths per night, eventually reducing it to 1000. this felt excessive. the pool water was also noticeably murky and the bottom was dirty. i was disappointed.

great location friendly staff clean rooms

the location offers convenience to explore. the staff was attentive. the rooms were very comfy and tidy. it provided great value.

i requested a quiet room but i received a 2nd floor room. it faces the noisy street. bars create loud noises even during the night.

friendly staff free shuttle clean pool

the staff were very friendly and helpful. the free shuttle to the nearest mrt station provided easy access to other parts of the city. the pool area was lovely and very clean.

the breakfast options were the same every day and became repetitive.

the hotel has a modern gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. a rooftop pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section . the lobby includes a tour desk offering local excursions.

the hotel is close to khaosan road putting it in the center of nightlife. taxi and tuktuk services are available on every corner near the hotel. it's a short walk to the grand palace and other main attractions.
